So at work somebody plugged a brand new 110v laser printer into a 220v socket and killed it. (our office has both). Basically, they threw it out today, and I picked it up, hoping to get a free/cheap printer on the up and up!
So, does anybody know... what would necessarily be done to fix this? the printer is an hp cp4525dn. i tried downloading the manual but couldn't find anything specific - is there a fuse that can be replaced? or a new fuser module? i'm not sure if anybody has any real knowledge on this...
