Prime95 Fails Memtest Passes

Hello everybody, just recently I had a couple blue screens within a couple days spread. (Around November 6th). Anyway, I ran prime95 and noticed that the Blend Test fails on the first test. Instantly I thought that this was a RAM problem because it's the only test that fails quickly. (Other tests have yet to fail, I'm going to try to run them for a longer period of time soon.) I ran memtest last night for ten hours, 25 passes. No errors at all. System has seemed to be stable since the November 6th bluescreen. No problems at all and no symptoms of any kind, yet prime95 continues to fail on the first test of blend test.

Any ideas?

Also, I'm running an evga 680i motherboard with P31 BIOS. 2GB CORSAIR TWIN2X2048-6400. Intel Core 2 Duo E6600. (not overclocked). 8800 GTS video card.
