If your chip errors say at 5 hrs, does it mean it will always error at 5 hours or does it just mean that it will error at any given point?

nope.. it generally means that overall your system is not stable.

If you could provide more details of the error you are getting then the forum members could give you a better opinion...

It is possible that whatever happens at 5 hours is particularly stressful, and so it would be more likely to fail out at that point in the future. When my box is pushed too far, it will error at the 33 minute point (give or take a minute) or not at all.
