Anyone know a good way of determining what price to sell a used graphics card at?

Ebay. Look at sold listings.

Used cards...selling what people are willing to pay for. You can compare them over the net and sell at a higher price with best offer. The most cards that sell easy are the 470, 480, 570, 580, 670, 680....etc....easiest to sell used.
