Preventing screen burn-in without a screen saver

I posted this over in general software, but I figured there's probably people here who would know more on this subject. Basically, I need a free utility that does the same thing that Powerstrip's anti-burn in feature does (It takes the image on the display and orbits it around slightly, so the pixels are getting moved). We just bought a nice LCD at work to show an equipment monitor on, and I don't want it getting destroyed. A screensaver isn't an option, as the monitor must always be viewable, and the output of the monitor won't change much (Unless something breaks =P), so there's a pretty high chance the image will get burned in.

Anybody know of a free utility to orbit the picture around?
