So I am getting this interested error while running GW2 (so far it only seems like gw2).

If Precision X is running (doesn't matter whther OSD is turned on or off), then GW2 becomes incredibly unstable.

The first sign will usually be a black box around my cursor. Then, when I go to the map or switch area, the game will CTD.

As long as I dont run Precision X, GW2 is 100% stable.

Anyone else experienced something like this?

Those flashy OC tools are known to cause many issues with games. And I don't mean from overclocking either, I mean because they are shitty pieces of software. I had a bunch of stability issues with them too. Some people have had moderate success by disabling the in-game overlay component of PrecisionX for whatever game they play. There should be an option within PrecisionX to exclude a .exe (your game) from activating the overlay.

Thyanks for the tip. I'll look into that.
