Hello,

A friend is looking for a new PC for video editing. Normally I'd help him build his own, but he lives out of state and I don't think I have the time to help with support, ect.

Looking for a decent "consumer" desktop (workstation would be more appropriate, but probably out of his price range.)

Looking for:
4th gen i7 (4770 ish)
16GB ram
SSD boot
couple of extra drive bays for interal drives. RAID would be great.

I'm not sure who to even look at, dell? Hp? Any suggestions appreciated. Not sure who's building decent mid to high end desktops right now.
 
Thanks guys, I probably tried to go a bit overboard, was showing him falcon northwest and micro velocity stuff, he decided to stick with HP.
