Is this as system you're building yourself, or purchasing from a company?

Well, buying it off somebody locally. The parts are two months old, the price he's making me is €300-400 lower than the online shops here in Ireland.

You say the parts are two months old, so I am assume that this person is getting rid of this computer early and cheap, I would be asking questions to find out why.

He usually buys new parts every couple of months and sells the old ones which are very new to people like me who update every three years :) We negotiated a price of €1300 which appears so be very good. Keep in mind, Ireland is very expensive, you Americans are really lucky when it comes to buying hardware.

The box will be used for surfing, a bit of Photoshop work, a bit of office work and a bit of gaming (GTA, Rome TW, Simcity 4...).
