Was wondering,

considering the total lack of space inside a SFF, where do we fit a PPU? Are we SFF users doomed to stay without pretty physics? I personally have a SN25P with the x16 slot occupied by the 7900GT and still one free PCI-E x1 slot, would be nice to fill it with that sort of technology, if possible.

What do you guys think?

Ageia's PPU's are PCI interface, this will change to PCIe x1 in the future (although the time line is fuzzy).

assuming everything else is equal and cost of the card isn't an issue:
so long as they come out with a pci-e version relatively soon, and you check the dimensions on the box to the dimensions on your pc, I don't see why you couldn't.
