GTX260 192

4300 on 511s, 3xx's getting 5200

priority on realtime, am I doin it wrong?

That seems quite low. Are you running anything else that might occupy your CPU? Also, what driver version are you using?

I have to agree that is low. I get those kind of numbers on my 9800GX2's, so I would expect much higher than that on a GTX260 (192).

edit: Realtime priority should be fine.

The combined PPD average for me is apparently 12,574. That's with two GTX260s overclocked a good amount. The trick is I watch TV in Media Center somewhat often which I figure probably occupies a fair amount of GPU cycles because of the video stream and whatnot.

And I turn the clients off on occasion to game.

So I'd say your PPDs are pretty low if all you do is fold. I had the same problem for a while myself (I noticed that the cards would start and stop even if I turned the usage all the way up). I think it had to do with the work units themselves because it fixed itself with no intervention.

Any OC?

That is about 500-1000 ppd lower than they should be.

You running anything that could be starving the GPUs?

no OC, and power shouldnt be an issue, Ive only got one in my case, and it was running a 88gtx and an 88gt both on heavy OC's, with the CPU OC'd

Now Im back on shitty board so there is no OC on the CPU. Power shouldnt be an issue, but I dont know If I can run both cards together on my 610, so I ordered another 480w just for the second card and some fans, more than enough

dont think im running anything, nothing out of the norm

the one thing i noticed.. make sure you dont have any java apps running in the background.. now that java supports hardware accel it will effect your PPD.. on my 8800GT i lose about 200 PPD just having a simple java application open be it in FF or stand alone..
