Powersupply recommendations?

Hi everyone! I'm looking for some recommendations for a PSU, as I'm currently building my first pc and I'd rather not fry all my fancy new components ;P
I already have in boxes stacked around my case:
  • Motherboard: Asus Z97-PRO GAMER (With a broken usb 3.0 header, which got me a nice discount)
  • Processor: Intel Core i7 4790k with as of yet stock cooler.
  • GPU: XFX Radeon HD6950. (I might flash the HD6970 BIOS unlock to it in the future, I don't know how much of a power difference this will make.)
I am planning on buying today/tomorrow:
  • 8gb of Hyperx-v RAM
  • A couple small hard drives, will add a third hard-drive later.
  • A PSU, to be determined.

I was thinking about the Coolermaster B600 v.2, or something comparable to that. Would prefer to keep price below 60 euros (If that's realistic, please tell me if it isn't.) 70 euros would be max atm, otherwise I'd have to wait for more funding to complete the build.

Voltage/ product availability: I live in the Netherlands, that's 230v, pretty much all psu's will probably be available.

Information on the unlock I might want to do, it has a table with card wattage somewhere halfway down. http://www.techpowerup.com/articles/overclocking/vidcard/159

A recommendation for a PSU that can run my components as they are now, and a recommendation for one that can handle CPU overclocking or a bit of a GPU upgrade (Nothing crazy, just a comparable card from a newer series or something like that) that I might want to do in the future would be greatly appreciated.

P.S.
If I'm an idiot and missed something obvious with this build, please tell me I'm an idiot, and why.

Could you share a couple sites that you can order from? It's been a while since I've put together something for someone in that area, can't remember what sites are which.

If you can give me an estimate of how many watts I would need, how many amps on the 12v rail, that sort of thing would already be very helpful, you don't have to go out of your way to find me a PSU ;P

I mean any quality 600w PSU should be more than fine. Like this one. Definitely of better quality than the Coolermaster too as it's a mediocre CWT platform one. I believe the Seasonic is 100-240v autosensing too.

Hmmmm... That one is stretching my budget a bit tight, what do you think of the Corsair Builder CX600 v2?
http://tweakers.net/pricewatch/284705/corsair-builder-cx600-v2.html

Edit:
Like, would it turn my pc into a great big ball of fire or would be able to run it for at least a year or more?

Not sure about that one yet. Some Corsair units are great, some suck. If you cant find some reputable reviews for it its a bad sign in most cases. Myself...I would not buy a new unit if jonnyguru had not reviewed it yet. Hate to say it but i enjoy there power supply reviews even more than [H]. Now on the really good products you will notice both websites review them:D

Somewhere in between. (That is, I cannot recommend any of the higher-wattage models in the CX or CX-M lines at all because they are incapable of handling their full advertised wattage while remaining inside the ATX output specifications.) They probably won't explode, but you will more likely experience random system shutdowns (yes, including those that occur when you don't expect them). Plus, your current system hardware configuration is way too close to the maximum realistic power capacity of that CX600M for comfort (~530W), even without any overclocking at all whatsoever.

@E4g1e Thanks, I was already slightly worried about that CX-600, now I know for certain that I don't want it ;P

What do you think of the Anterc HCG-620? http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Antec/HCG-620/
Review seems decent, I can get a second-hand but new in box one for 50 euros+transport fees, which will be moderately high because it has to ship from belgium

I know it's not as good. However, it's also not 75 euros.
Anyway, I contacted the Antec seller and l looked up shipping costs, it should cost me 57 euros inc shipping, so I think I'll go for that one when/if the seller replies, which will probably be somewhere tomorrow.
Thanks everyone for all your help, tips and suggestions, I'll go get a few hours of sleep now and I'll decide on a PSU tomorrow.

What about the Seasonic G series 550 watt? Another option is the XFX 550 TS, Seasonic S12II-620 watt, and XFX 650w TS Gold.
