PowerEdge SCSI Problems

When i try to boot up my server i get a system msg saying:

Embedded server management firmware verson 5.46
Invalid SCSI Configuration, primary daughtercard no detected
System Halted


For starters everything is plugged in where it needs to be.

1. How can I fix this?

2. Is there a way to boot without a SCSI Backplane board?
