Hello,
So I have a Dell PowerEdge R710. I did a restart via iDRAC. I went to the server room and low and behold, E1000 Voltage Failsafe and 3.3v regulator failure, re-seat PCIe. So, I did the following:
Reseated All Components
Replace Motherboard
Replace PCIe Risers.

Still Does n;t work. Powers on for half a second then shuts off. No error messages on the iDRAC but no power. Both PSUs have greenlight. Any ideas?
