The crew at Legit Reviews seemed to really like the PowerColor HD7870 DEVIL 2GB they just reviewed. From what we gathered from the article, this card seems like quite the overclocker.

The PowerColor Devil HD7870 is one wicked little video card. We love the cards devilish theme, factory overclocking and custom PCB and GPU cooler. It even overclocked like a bat out of hell with no voltage tuning required.

yes but they also said its too late in the game. the gtx 760's are just faster at the same price.

however, I forgot they had made a devil 7990 way back in 2012!!!! imagine if they had the drivers for that back then....AMD I'm disappoint
 
It is very nice looking but I would have rather seen this in a 7950 or even 7970.
 
how is a gtx 770 the same price? my friend just got a 7950 for $230... im showing the 770 for $449 at amazon.
