Power Surge!!! Problem,, what is it?

If I had a power surge on my computer, what might be the problem with it and what would need to be replaced?? My brothers Computer had a power surge and I want to hep him fix it..

Define power surge?

Do you mean your house had a power surge and it whacked your brother's PC or one of your rails voltage's surged to a higher output?

Your post really lacks enough information to even remotely make sense.

My advice, get another PSU and troubleshoot. If it dosent work, take it back.
or go to local comp store and ask if they got some PSU's laying around you can bum for a day or for like 20 bucks (mom and pop type comp store that is)
