Nothing too spactacular here but I thought I'd post some of the work I've done recently for a client...

Here's the dead power supply and the massive replacement thanks to NewEgg.com. Super fast shipping, awesome customer service, and decent prices. I upgraded the wattage rating and got a much nicer quality build. I selected the COOLMAX 450 Watt CR-450B for this buildup.

Here you can see how massive the lower fan is on the new power supply (as well as the new (and very quite) 80mm fan I installed.

Boy do I wish I had my new digital camera when I first got this beast in! The wiring was a rat's nest. At least I can show off some of my "quickie" wiring work. All the ribbon cables are folded and tucked away behind the drives, and all the power wires are re-tied with new yellow zip ties.

Here's the new cooling system installed. Lots of places for the air to go now! After firing it up, the only sound you can still hear is the old CPU fan which I didn't bother replacing (but will suggest it in the future).
