power supply? under 50 bucks???

recently my little brothers power supply died and im in the market to buy him a new one. I dont want to get him another cheapo 400w powermax for 12 bucks. i want to get him something that will run his HD/processor/1 gb ram/9700 pro/ and some other minor things. Im assuming a good 300 watt would be the lowest i would want to go. The catch is i want it to cost less then 50 bucks and i dont seem to be having any luck finding a decent brand name PSU for under 50. Anyone can offer me a suggestion of one that would be worth the money i would greatly appriciate it.

i appologize, after going through a couple pages i did find a nice thread that went over PSU's for under 50. i ended up buying a flower-power PSU.
