Would a 350W PSU be sufficient to run a P4 3.0, with 1 gig of ram, Raptor 10k RPM drive, DVD/CD x16 rom drive, and Cd-RW 52x32x52 drive. an ATI Radeon pro 9800, floppy, and a hand full of fans?

Also would there be room to add anything else to this? say sound card. or any other PCI device?

Most would say you are probably okay, but to be safe I would make sure you get a good brand.... like antec or something and 400watts. That would definately be fine.

Ditto... a good Antec 350w or 400w will do you just fine.
 
Wattage calculators and aproximation lists are garbage. Get a good brand and at least 300w and you'll be fine, and it never hurts to have a little headroom so a 400w isn't unreasonable either. Anything more and you're really wasting your cash. Fortron, Sparkle, Enlight, Enermax, Antec, PC Power and Cooling, TTGI/Superflower, Thermaltake, and Vantec are all respectable brands.
