Guy over at FrozenCPU told me the best and most quiet 500+Watt PS was the Enermax... but a seem to remember the guys right here at [H] talking about what a piece of shit it was, and how Enermax refused to honor any kind of warentee for it when they used one?

I need a 500watt+ unit, thats as quiet as inhumanly possible.. anyone able to help? I was looking at the Vantech Stealth, but I dont think its SATA ready, and I need that.

Thanks all

I have a Vantec Stealth 520W, and from what I can tell you it's pretty quiet IMO. (I can't hear it over my fans.) As for it having SATA ports, it comes with a couple of SATA adapters, but no native SATA ports. The price is around $125, without shipping and/or taxes included. Silent PC Review , however, has a different opinion on the Vantec Stealth (it reviewed a 420W version). This may be the best place to look for a quiet PSU.
