currently looking at building a 2700x and pairing it with the 470 Taichi .The board looks like it has. 6 pin and 4 pin 12 volt connectors my current power supply does not have a 4 pin connector what gives? Any work around ?

Taichi has one 8 pin and one 4 pin. Your PSU cable ought to be split, 8 pin on one end and 4+4 on the other; you plug in one of the 4 pin halves and leave the other half unconnected. If your PSU cable isn't split, you can either leave the 4 pin unconnected, or get an 8 to 4+4 adapter cable.
