Whenever I got home from school today, I noticed that my room was quite. I looked over at my computer to see if it was on, and it appeared to be, the on light was on. So tried turning on the monitor, and nothing happened. I tried restarting the computer, nothing happened... then I tried to turning it off nothing happened.
I then turned off the power supply, and tried to turn it back on and again nothing happened. So i took it apart to check to see if everything was plugged in right, and it appeared to be correct.
So i tried turning back on my computer, and it wouldnt come on. But whenever I press the power button the light from my fans come on for a split second and then shut off, never do the main power lights come on.
BTW its a raidmax case with a 350w PS (it was only 42.99 for everything so maybe its just junk?)

Well I tested another power supply from my dad's computer and it worked fine, actually better.

What would you guys recommend as far as getting a new power supply? like wattage and brand?
