Power Supply Problem

hey folks,

I am having this slight problem with my PC and I think it involves my power supply. Whenver I go to turn it on, the computer boots as it normally does, with all fans running at full speed. At this instant, it stays that way and I get no video output.

I then have to turn off the computer (by holding down the power button) turn off the power supply switch, disconnect the power cord and plug it back in, then turn on the switch on the power supply.

After I do all of this, it boots normally, as the fans only run at 100% as they should, for about a second or so.

Power supply on its way out?

Thanks
