OK, since nobody seems to have compiled all of this information before, here are all the hard to find connector parts you may need for power supply mods, I had a bitch of a time finding all of this info so I thought I'd pass it on.

Most of these can be had at Mouser Electronics I give thier part #'s and single quantity price wherever I could find them.

Most of the above housings can be had in different and UV reactive colors at FrozenCPU.com or Performance-PCs.com. Relatively mundane items like sleeving, heatshrink, wiring, etc. can be found at both these places (and elswhere) as well.

Additionally Performance-PCs carries insulation displacement type low profile SATA connectors for you guys on the bleeding edge :).

Also I'm still looking for a good place to get crimping tools for all of the various terminals at a reasonable price, so far everything I have found is well above $150.00, way too much IMO.

If anybody has any corrections or additions, just post in this thread and, I'll update the entries. It might be nice if someone could sticky it as well, but that's totally up to the mods.

A final word of caution, I have ordered most of the abouve parts, but I have not recieved them yet so I can't assure you that they are absolutely the right ones. I'll post an update once I have gotten them and can verify that they are the correct parts.

I think Radioshack has some remover tools pretty cheap, I don't know since the last time I checked none of the stores had any at the time.
 
I'm a little iffy on that 20-pin housing. When you receive that and the 4-pin 2x2 housing, please confirm its compatibility in this thread. The rest look right to me.
