What is a good PSU for a 4 1.5 TB Drive Intel based WHS?

I am looking for something efficient and quiet. This build is about low power consumption, since it will be on all the time.

2.53 Ghz Core 2 Duo/2 Gig Ram are the other parts. I plan on buying an Intel MB with integrated graphics. How much power do I need?
 
Assume 25W max per drive, plus maybe 150W for the other parts, so you'd be good with really any decent lower-wattage PSU. Check the Antec EA380 or EA430, Corsair CX400 or VX450, BFG LS-450, and one of Seasonic's lower-wattage SS-xxxET series PSUs for some good options.
 
Make sure it has enough SATA connectors. If it doesn't it probably has enough MOLEX connectors to make up for it.
