my power supply needs a fan, can i use the coolermaster case fan from newegg or do i have to have a specific type for the power supply?

Be aware, however, that you will need to remove the connector on the current PSU fan and hook it up to the new fan, as power supplies generally use a different, 2-pin connector.

u can always soldierd it der. but becarefull. even the PSU is off it contains a lot of electricity. :D :( :p
