Power Supply exploded! Help finding a new one

Well this morning I go to start my computer and my PowMax 400 watt power supply made a poping noise followed quickly by that smell of burnt electronics.

After freezing in terror I ripped the power supply out and opened it up, I found one of the transductors had actually exploded.

I tested all the pieces of my system with my friends 500 watt power supply and found that I had ruined my Radeon 9700 card, it will now only post in checkerboard.

What I want now is a very good 400-450 power supply that I will never have to worry about. Right now I was thinking about a Enermax 400 watt power supply. Is there any other brand I should also consider, quiet isn't really important to me, just reliability.
