Is it at all possible for the psu to affect the booting capability of a computer, because I have 2 Pata Hds 1 Pata Dvd 1 Sata Hd 1 7600gt 1 120mm fan hooked to an Antect Smart 450w. Now if say the hard drive wasnt getting enough power would it just not boot, because sometimes my system will boot other times it wont so I was thinking that maybe sometimes the Hds just are not getting powered.
