Power supply...does the same color order matter?

hello i have a coolmax power supply that I've been adding sleeves to and heatshrink. I had to take out the molex adapters ofcourse. The molex cables go in the order red/black/black/yellow but when i seperated them i think one of the blacks got mixed with the other. This goes for the rest of my cables. If they're the same color does it matter which order? for instance red/black1/black2/yellow or red/black2/black1/yellow. I have not tested the power supply after my modding and was wondering does it matter since both are black cables? Is there potential damage this could cause to my PC? thanks

I don't see how the colors matter for anything but the yellow ones because only the +12V has more than one voltage rail.

the blacks are negs, they dont matter. worse scenario, put all the molex connectors back together, with the psu turned off using a meter on ohms, check the resistance between the black leads on each connector, you should have 0.00 ohms (a dead short).
