I seen several pictures of power supplies (like the one below) where each cable is individually wrapped with the mesh coating. I've tried to search for the case and even searched google but to be honest, I don't know what to search for. I'm guessing its a mod rather than a particular PS thats already that way? Any info on how to do this would be great. Thank you

Either you buy it yourself, or you sleeve it yourself. It's too prohibitively expensive for power supply makers to include that, and most people don't care for it.
