I lost my power cable for the Ultra 600W power supply. Talking about the fat cable that plugs into power supply and wall socket shown in bottom the image

I found a cable like that in my mess of cables, but it was connected to a brick type dc adaptor. The plug says 10A 125V. I also found another cable that says 10A 250V and temp as 60C/75C. Will I be able to use these cables for the PSU ?

I checked the wire connected to my other PSU, it is a lot fatter and also says 10A/125V and has temp mentioned as 105C.

The PC that connects is Athlon II X2 , HD 4670, 1 HDD, 4GB DDR3.

If not where can I buy a similar cable ?

You're talking just the basic AC cable at the bottom? They're pretty much universal... I've never seen/heard of one not fitting.

600w Power Supply should only draw 5-6amps with full load so a 10a cable should be fine. Just use whichever one is thicker. There should be a guage on the wire itself most likely 16/3.

It should work but it sounds like it is a smaller gage wire.

In my opinion all you would need to do is set it up and try to put as much load on the system as you can. Check the power cord to make sure it isn't heating up. If the cord starts to get hot to the touch then it can't handle the load being placed on it. Your going to want to shut things down ASAP if this happens and find another power cord.

Hell if you pay shipping I am sure someone would send you one. I doubt I am the only one with stacks of these cords in a box.
