Power Supply "blank"/cover?

I'm using a pico like PSU, but have a normal case. It doesn't have a normal power supply so there is a gaping hole were one should go. Is there such a thing as a 'blank' or 'shield' to put in there to block it up? If so, what is it called?

Bonus points if you have a FAN that fits perfectly into empty PS slot :)

I'm thinking about just ripping the guts out of an old PSU and sticking it in there but not good at modding.

This has vents in it, but no fan mount. It looks to have standard ATX mounting holes. Caselabs cases tend to have spare PSU bays, so they make these covers for the extra bays. Not 100% sure it works on other cases, but seems like it would.
