Here's my current system:

Asus A7N8X Deluxe
AMD XP2500 Barton
Thermalright SLK-947u
GeIL PC3200 512MB
GeForce 4ti 4200 129MB
DVDRW
CDRW
Floppy Drive
1x 110GB WD HD
1x 30GB WD HD
2x 12" Cold Cathodes
1x Neon Light
4x 80MM Fans
1x 92MM Fan

And I have all of this in my stock Enermax case, that came with a 350Watt Powersupply.

I really don't want to spend another 100 bucks on this system, but I'm worried about the power supply. Am I overloading this system too much? Will I need a new one?

You should be fine, anything over 400 watts would be overkill, i've been running about the same on a 250w for about a year. I think that you should be fine.
