My current power supply came with the case. On the label, it has -5V. I notice that current power supply doesn't have -5V. If I replace my power supply, do I have to find one with -5V?

No, the -5V rail is hardly ever used. In fact, I can't think if a situation where it would be needed. It's about to be dropped of the ATX spec/standard. Don't worry about it.
 
Another question, can I use 20/24 pin power supplies like, Fortron FSP ATX300-PA 300W ATX12V 20/24PIN on a 20 pin motherboard?
 
Yes. That's why they're 20/24-pin PSU's. They support both 20 and 24-pin.
