seriously how, i hit buttons on my computer, tried other monitors, unplugged my monitor cord, took out my video card and everything...

Are you talking about when the monitor shuts off after a certain period of time? If so, right click anywhere on the desktop, click properties -> screen save -> power. Change "turn off monitor" to never.
 
some computers can't un-hibernate. it's annoying...reboot and turn off hibernation and standby
 
Are you using Cat 3.8 or newer ? I had that same problem. The only way I could fix it was to go back to the 3.7's. Rage3D forums has a really long thread about this in the Catalyst driver section.
