Power requirement Q's

should be more than enough, assuming it's a recent one with good 12V current. 6600gt's don't draw much, though...in pci-e form they don't even need a power connector. Unless you have some crazy stuff in your box (like 10 hard drives or something) then it'll be fine.

Thanks a lot for the help. I had to make sure before I got the card. My last computer had a crappy 420 watt PS and basically my 9800 pro got ruined because of it. Also would the 6800's require more power or basically is there a better card I can get than the 6600gt that will not require me to get a new power supply. The reason I ask is because I have seen a lot of them recommending at least 450watts now.

Will a 430 FSP power supply be enough for a 6600gt?

I ran my 6800GT of a 350 watt PSU.
But liked stated, it not so much the watt's, as it is the amp's on the +12V rail that matters...

Terra...

Hell yeah, it should be fine... you should see what I run on my 530W Fortron. :D
