I need to have my current computer last another 3-4 months, and my FX55500 died yesterday. So, I went to FRY's and picked up an X1550 Pro PCI edition... The X1550 requires a 430 Watt power supply. But I am using it right now on a 200 watt power supply.

Would switching to a bigger power supply give me any performance benefit or over clocking headroom?

Computer:
P4 Northwood 2.4 @ 2.7 Ghz
ATI X1550 Pro(PCI)
Audigy 2 ZS Gamer Sound card
Antec 200 watt Power supply

No, it won't give you a performance benefit. Your card will either work properly or not work properly.
