Ok, so here's the deal. Whenever I shutdown my machine, and I make sure to select "shutdown" from the Windows menu, it will reboot a few seconds after shutting off. I have gone through the BIOS and I can't find anything that would be causing this. Any help would be appreciated, specs in my sig. Thanks in advance. :D

I remember this used to happen to me when I had my DSL modem directly connected to my computer. It was a crappy modem, and the boon-on-LAN feature was enabled in BIOS.

Make sure Wake on Lan is disabled in bios. Also I have worked on a couple computers that had a similar problem, but wouldn't go away untill I got rid of all spyware/virii or reformatted windows :(

when did you start having this problem? yeah - it might be the wake on lan feature - did you try disabling it or disconnecting network cable?
