power inverter for SFF computer

I have a shuttle sff SK41g which I want to use in my truck. Can I safely use an Inverter? Radio Shack has one for 99.95 300 watts continuos. I figure that the 200 wat shuttle psu and Flat screen KDS Rad 5 should not tax a 300 watt inverter. My other concern is how critical is the 60 cycle sine wave coming out of the inverter. I could not find the wave form for the RS unit in the pdf file. Other units use a modified sine wave or pure sine wave. Of course the Pure Sine wave is considerably more expensive. Does anyone have experience or knowledge of this? THanks
 
Should work fine, might want to find out how many watts your LCD pulls. But keep in mind that a 200 watt PSU does not USE 200 watts, that's just the max it can put out. And they usually won't even put out what they're rated at, so it's probably pulling not much over 100 watts... A good LCD should be less than 100 watts, so... You're probably pretty safe
