I'm buying a new psu, and also 2 of these for crossfire when they come out, hopefully on time. I couldn't see from any of the pictures I have seen of it whether or not it is dual 6pin pwr pci-e connectors, or one 6 and one 8, or something different. If anyone has this info please post.

Rumored TDP for a single HD 4870 goes over 150w, which means double that for graphics cards only. I would say a good 650-700w PSU is more than enough.

AFAIR, the cards use two 6 pin connectors.
 
Confirmed: $329 (from AMD slides), 2x 6-pin connectors (from actual pictures of the card).
 
IIRC, the HD 4870 had 2x 6 pin connectors, but on the AMD slides it said 1/2 connectors.. I think one of them may be for OCing, but I'm not sure.

I thought TDP for 4870 was 137 watts?
 
its 157 for 4870, 116 or something for 4850

4850 requires only 1 PCI-E connector, 4870 requires 2 x 6 pins, although I bet one is enough unless you want overclocking headroom.
