Is there software that can measure the amount of power the psu is pulling. I am currently running Windows XP. I have a 600w PSU and was wondering if it is warranted for the hardware that's in my case.

If there is not software that can do this, how does one measure that?
 
+2 on the Kill-A-Watt. It's only about $20 to $25 at most online stores.
