Power Consumption E6600 vs E5200

I'm trying to decide which to put in my WHS box. I have a E6600 on hand but if the E5200 uses considerably less energy I will go with it. Both say 65W... Ugh.... Help!
 
The E5200 would consume less. It's 45nm VS the 65nm on the Q66, and two less cores means two less babies to feed =D.
 
Yeah, the E5200 should use significantly less power at idle and under load.
 
What about compared to my current WHS CPU, a AMD 64 3200? That thing turns my room into a oven if I let it run 24/7
