i had a psu short out on my old mobo and i replaced the psu and mobo and cpu, and now the power button doesnt work. its hooked up right, the mobo is intel d875pbz

if it is connected correctly, sounds like your PSU took the mobo with it.

double check your connections, identify the power switch connector on the mainboard, connect the two prongs with a screwdriver or something conductive to see if it powers on. If so, your switch may be out, if not, your mainboard is probably gone.
