Potential n00b RAM Frequency question

I purchased some G.Skill DRR2 1066MHz from newegg for my new build, and now that everything is up and running, cpuz is showing that it's 400MHz. What is causing this?
 
Its running @ DDR2 800, Make sure your bios is detecting the ram, meaning check if timings, etc are all correctly running, Most boards show at what speed your setup is running by going into the clock settings section.

Really depends on what motherboard you have, but try increasing/changing the ram ratio, i know with my gigabyte motherboard, i increase the strap setting up from stock 3.33C @ 200mhz and goes to 1066.
