No, once again you just are not grasping it. They did not put donkey kong in the game they used their own models from the donkey kong game. You dont need permission for that.

You obviously dont kow what you're talking about since they didnt use any characters from donkey kong in goldeneye.

The DK model frame is unique to Goldeneye 007, they didn't pull it from an existing game. Please get your facts straight or stfu. Compare the models for yourself, they are obviously different models. (even a 12 year old can see the major differences.) Sad really.

"dk mode" may its official name but it has been referred to as "big head" mode by many. are we really that fussy over names?
