post the amount of ghz you have dedicated for DC projects!

project: F@H
ghz: 2.0 :(

i couldn't find another thread like this, sorry if it's a repost.

I'm at about 13.5 depending on how the overclocks go on any particular day... ;) I've gotta get that last 1.6 Duron online!

Let's see, there's the main computer, the Linux box, the guest room computer, the HTPC, the garage computer, and then the "visiting" computers waiting for me to ebay their parts off.....

8.37 GHz.

4 x AMD
1 x Intel <-- Soon to be AMD as well, but I've just been too lazy. :D

Fold On!

'bout 56 Ghz +/-

Running both UD and FAH

Dude, you gotta love the "garage computer". In Detroit these days it's probably pretty happy out there. It would probably even enjoy being an attic computer. I doubt the garage computer is quite as happy in August and I wouldn't recommend the attic computer idea from June to October. ;)

I've got...

2200+ @ 1.869 (sig)
2500+ @ 1.840 (sig)
Celery @ 1.2 (borg)
1700+ @ 2.036 (borg)
3000+ @ 2.1 (borg)
1700+ @ 1.47 (borg)
1600+ @ 1.4 (borg)

Total: 11915 GHz.

Coming soon (hopefully), a 2.4 and 2.66 P4 (they'd also be borgs).

Athlon 2400+ @ 2.0Ghz
Athlon64 3200+ @ 2.0Ghz

4.0 Ghz total, although I'm thinking about building a linux DC Farm.

thats pretty damn cool guys. i have a question, what is ud, how does it differ from f@h and which is better to run?

Oh, boy now you've opened the proverbial can of worms :) , and what a great attempt at highjacking a thread. Start another thread for that discussion (or better yet do so message searching or read the stickies at the top). Let's stay on topic here.

LOL!!

3 Ghz of [H] folding goodness (in sig)

Linux server:4x 2ghz Xeon
Win server:2x 450mhz p2
play system:1x AMD 2200+ oc to 2ghz
shop system:12x 900mhz p3
mp3 server:1x p1 133mhz
file server for the shop:p1 233mhz
total:22066mhz
im selling the shops computers for new dell P4 2.6 ghz systems and selling off my win server(linux server is taking on its job now)

3400+ (2.3ghz Barton)
1900+
1.2 ghz Duron
1 ghz PIII
Dual PII 400

Smellery 2.3 ghz

That makes 10.6 total, although the Smelly 2.3 is a borg and is not online that much. The Duron is a Mobile, as well. :) Hoping to swap the 400's with a pair of 550's, don't see it happening. I have plans to ditch the ghetto setup and grab some Xeons or something like that in the future.

I might go for some Opties when 64 bit software comes out for them.

Everything running F@H. The 1900+, PIII, and dual PII are all running G@H due to the fact that, other than the 1900+, they get raped by Tinkers. The 3400+, 1.2 Duron, and Smelly are the only ones running non headless. The 1900+ is running plywood style. I might be able to add a 466 smelly later, but I need another HDD (might steal it fromt he PIII).

Just getting back into DC, I was a Genome@home user a while back. Bringing to the table this round:

1 AMD Operton FX-51 (2.2GHZ)
1 AMD T-bird (0.9GHZ)

so a total of 3.1GHZ right now. Got another 600mhz celeron I can probably add in next week.

It's great to see all these new folders and a few returning ones ;) posting their ghz! Keep it up guys!

As for me, I have no idea how many ghz I have. Borged so many, but many have failed. However, its around 1k/week so whoever knows figures, can calculate those ghz for me.

FOLD ON!!!

I am running my 2.6c at 3.25GHz. Hyperthreaded would you guys consider me to be running 3.25GHz or 6.5. Just wondering, getting ready to order prescott and then I will have my tWo boXen folding with hyperthreading :)

Palomino [email protected], runs ~15/7
Tbird 900@933, runs 24/7
K6-2 500, runs ~15/7

Total: 3.1GHz

I guess it's time to do some borging. There's a few machines I know of that can use it.

Edit: Gotta add the [H]:
8000.gif

1. Athlon XP 1900+ 1600mhz
2. Pentium 3 600mhz

Total: 2200mhz

I've been folding mainly on the Athlon. So far I've got 191 work units. I sure hope this P3 I just got running starts to fold faster. 36 minutes per work frame really sucks.

It's now 8.83 GHz, but I've still been too lazy to swap out the 1.1 GHz Celery. Oh well.

Since nobody answered I will just consider it 6.5

Well, it's not really either. With a true dual processor system, if you had a pair of 500 mhz CPUs in it, you wouldn't really get 1 ghz worth of performance out of it, more like 850 or so. But that's sorta different... My Dual PII 400 machine is faster at most things than my PIII 1 ghz machine is.

I'm not completely farmiliar with HT, but you really do only have one cache and one core. So, I couldn't consider it 6.5 ghz.

Lets see..

for F@H

1 2800+
2 2600+
1 1900+
2 1800+
4 1700+
1 1600+
1 TB1333
1 DN1.6
3 DN1.3
2 DN1.2
1 IN 0.866

total = 28.309

for UD
.850
.700
.500
.450
.366

total = 2.866

Grand Total = 31.175 and counting :D

FAH GHz:

  • 2.3GHz AMD (MP2700+)
  • Dual AMD 1.6GHz (MP2000+)
  • P4 2.8GHz
  • Dual Xeon 2.8GHz
  • Total: 13.9GHz

Still got much to add but I'm too lazy to add it - should total up to near an extra 10~12GHz

Those 4 machines are pushing 2.5PPW and one of them is hardly ever on :p

Celeron 2.0 GHz, folding from Tokyo, Japan.

Joined a few days ago and completed my first work unit today! Well, its a start :)

I've been looking for an excuse to get some new hardware, and I think I just found it.

PC 1: P4 3.0GHz
PC 2: P3 733MHz
PC 3: AXP-M 2500+ @ 2.4GHz = ~3300+
Laptop 1: P4m 1.8GHz (folding)
Laptop 2: P4 2.43GHz
Laptop 3: P2 333MHz

Total: 11586MHz ~ 11.6GHz

Digidice

3.2GHZ Northwood running @

@3.8 will load windows but shut down upon logon
@3.6 will run idle maybe play mp3's using winamp
@3.4 Plays Halo for about half an hour then shuts down

have had FSB to 1000MHZ very unstable
