I'd want a dual opteron box and a dual G5. Two Apple 30" displays, and several gigs of RAM in each. The Mac will have a 6800 ultra, however on the Windows side I'd need a Quadro to run the 30". They would be set up <a href="http://www.redco.com/images/g5_chassis.jpg">like this</a>.
