Hi, in repsonse to this thread: http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1491092, could some [H] members post their monitor dimensions (from the top of the bezel to the bottom of the stand) here?

Especially useful dimensions would be monitors that Newegg sells. If evilsofa if correct, Newegg has messed up the dimension labels on ALL their monitors. All their monitors are labeled in the same format as the monitor I'm interested in.

I'm actually just interested in the height dimension from the bottom of the base to the top of the bezel of the monitor. If a few users could post something, that would be extremely helpful.

I believe this is what is actually listed for the height dimension of most monitors. I should know because whenever I try looking for the screen dimensions I can never find an official spec and end up estimating using the diagonal.

When going to the monitor maker's site and looking for specs directly from them, I noticed at least one instance where "Net Dimensions" and "Gross Dimensions" were listed. The "Gross Dimensions" were larger, and I'm assuming that is the size of the box the monitor comes in.
