Lets see them. I change my wallpaper every morning, I'm running through a bunch of nice comic pencil art that was posted in alt.binaries.wallpaper.

Sigmend, That wallpaper for your first display, the one with the two planets is AMAZING!!!
I am always on the look out for new wallpapers (I a collection of other 2000 quality wallpapers)
Can I ask where you got it from?
As you can tell from my Signature, I am a PC user but I am a huge fan of Apple products and would love to be able buy a nice Dual G5 with one of those tasty 23" Cinema screen :p
But I think my wife would stir fry my balls and feed them to the dog.......

Wouldn't a new G5 dualie and a 23" screen make up for that fact??? Hmmmmmm???
 
Thanks for the link - There are some AMAZING wallpapers there. That guy is an amazing artist.
As for the Dual 23 Cinema screens..............I think I would have to have dual 30" cinema screens to make up for the lose of my family jewels :D
 
neither are greg martin's work... but I would like to know where they are originally from.
 
I think I might start using PearPC for a bit, so I don't have to spend so much money on a Mac... those damn things are so expensive...

From my work machine. It runs 1280x1024 but I shrunk it down to keep from blowing the forums out of line. :)

I know what ya mean, I would love this one too... hey sigmend, could you perhaps at least just post the copy you have? That would at least be a start :D

edit: I meant to say Matt, not sigmend ;)

Pic I photoshopped a bit of my girlfriend. The colors are a little more desaturated in the jpg form, but you get the idea.

Before you gave us the link, I copied the jpg from your post and used Photoshop to take the icons off the desktop etc and the end result was pretty good but it can't beat the original so thanks again.

If only I had one of those of cinema screens so I can display the wallpaper in only its glory.............. :( Well I guess I will have to stick to my 17" LCD for now

That site has some of the most AMAZING wallpapers I have EVER seen, though I think Crown of Fury might be the best EVER!!!

Man, I am going to SO busy download and re-size all those wonderful pictures to fit my little screen :D :D :D

I hate using someone else's work for screen shots. When I was in high school I did stuff like those space images, unfortunately I haven't a clue as to where those files have gone to. These days I just use my photographs.
 
This may seems like a dumb question but how the hell do you put images on your post?
I thought it would be a case of copy/paste but the paste function is greyed out.
 
OK, I finally figured out how to post my desktop and here it is (Please don't flame me for being a PC user, after all, we all all lovers of great desktop art, regardless what system we are using)

I know... I know... ;) That's actually something I prefer with Windows. In Mac OS X, I can't disable the showing of files on the desktop. I never, EVER, use it to store files anyway... so I would probably disable the showing of the files and use it for storage.

WTF are you talking about...if you don't want files shown on the desktop don't save them there...save them in a documents folder in your home directory...you can even choose not to show your HD or any mounted volumes on your desktop as well so all you will have is the menu bar and the dock
