Well if you have a CoolerMaster CM-Stacker, you can find the 4-in-3 little guys like this. If you're not in a CM-Stacker, do a search for "4-in-3" to find those guys for universal full-size drive bays. Good luck!

I applaud your sacerfice of optical drives for more disks, but with a little elbow greese you can slip 4-more disks on the sides like so...

They're not all in the same enclosure, but it is the same system, scsi attached MSA (12x250 gb) plus 2 146 gig scsi and 6x36 gig SCSI (these are just waiting on getting upgraded) in the ML370.
