I just reinstalled Windows XP, and whenever my computer boots into windows, there's a very loud "hiss" through the speakers (I have a Soundblaster Audigy 1). As soon as I go into the audio control panel and mute->unmute any input or output channel, the hissing goes away. anybody else experience this?
